From an early age, Pastor Haynes has served in a variety of leadership positions within the church. God blessed him to graduate with honors from High School, and then to earn both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Counseling and Human Systesms from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He also attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated with Honors (Cum Laude) from Emory University's Candler School of Theology, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Presently, Pastor Haynes is a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry degree at Columbia Presbyterian Seminary.  In addition to his responsibilities, he has been commissioned as a Police Chaplain; he is pursuit of his Christian Conciliation Certification; and he is registered with Georgia's Office of Dispute Resolution as Mediator and Arbitrator - "Blessed are the Peacemakers..."  He is also an Equal Employment Opportunity EEO Contract Investigator.  Pastor Haynes loves God and God's people, and God has gifted him in the area of Care, Counseling, and Conflict Transformation.

Pastor Haynes is married to the lovely Sis. Jacquelyn (Johnson) Haynes, and the father of five.
