Our shepherd Senior Pastor, Dr. William E. Flippin, is supported in casting the mission & vision given to him by God with his wife First Lady Sylvia Taylor Flippin, our Pastoral, Administrative / Support staff and our Diaconate, Trustees, Ministry Leaders and Tribal Ministry.  The term "3D Ambassadors" was accepted by the general staff during their Annual Staff Retreat in November 2003.  "The Grove" was identified as an "Embassy of Excellence" and staff members as Ambassadors Walking in Excellence that are Dynamic in their thoughts, Devoted to the Ministry and Dependable in their Kingdom Team Values.
